“Cat got your tongue, wind-woman?” She would laugh, as she would lean in and kiss Janna on the cheek she had pointed at.

She’d go ahead and kiss the other one, too, and then the tip of Janna’s nose - and then she’d pulled away, cheeks some-what reddening, though she tries to hide it as she bows her head.

The fox-woman gave a giggle upon being greeted by Janna, clapping her hands together.

Oh, she was absolutely giddy with excitement with the up-coming events, and due to  lack of sleep, her excitement was quick to become overwhelming!

“It has been, dear! You really ought to visit me more often!”

“I am going to the ball in Piltover - with my dear Swain. Are you going to be attending as well? Oh, that’d be fun! We can look for suitable apparel for it together!”

She gave a smile. “I really hope you are, I’m a bit timid - I am not one for dancing, and to be going with someone like the grand general of Noxus is bound to have eyes be set on me, and I could very much use a comforting friend.”

The little ninja stayed close to Janna. He had a hand on one of his wooden blades. Like hell it was going to do anything. “Don’t worry, sis. I’ll make sure nothing happens to us.”

Janna tried her best to avoid the specificity of where they were going. “We are going to visit a dear friend of mine… who should be better at.. well never mind.” She didn’t want to let them know she wasn’t too good at taking care of little children. She was used to babysitting constantly on the fields, but those are adults.

“Please, just trust me okay?” Janna’s tone was a bit more short this time around since she was getting tired of repeating herself now.

They now approached the outer limits of the city. Janna had been here a few times so she knew where the entrance points were. The came to one that had a few guards in front. Janna put the children down and went to go have a word with them whilst the young ones weren’t in ear shot. “Stay here,” she said sternly before walking off.

She came back, and picked them both up again, with a frown on her face. She seemed changed. The air around her was cold. Janna had put on a facade to get into the gates of Noxus.

They were now in the city. It was seemed almost like night time in the middle of the day. There weren’t too many people around, but the few that were were looking at them. Janna would glare at them to avert their eyes occasionally.

“We’re almost there.”

She nodded her head, listening to Janna - she noticed how annoyed she was getting, and would pat her temple with one of her tails. “It’s okay, Ms. Janna.”

As they were placed down, she glanced to her big brother. “Big brother? The people in this city, if they’re similar to the guards, don’t seem very nice.” Her fox ears, despite being unable to hear the voices of people, perked as she tried to pick up on what was going on between them and Janna - being out of hearing range.

She picked up on nothing, and stomped her foot in what was clear frustration. “I can’t hear them!”

She gave a sigh, folding her arms. “I hope whatever friend she’s taking us to are nice, or at least not mean, or give off the air these people seem to - maybe she’s taking us to meet a friendly old man, o.. or maybe a special someone she has.” The fox-child rubbed her chin, though at that moment Janna had returned to the two of them - and it was hard for her to not ignore the drastic change Janna had gone through. It clearly confused her, as her ears flattened against her head and she thrusted out her bottom lip in a pout.

She had no time to make a comment on it, however, as Janna had been quick to lift them and hurry into the city. She buried her face in her hands once more as they walked along, and she was sniffling - as if she was trying to avoid weeping.

The little thing was clearly afraid of this place, as her tails curl all around herself, trying to hide herself from the people of Noxus.

“Scary place..” The little kid thought to himself.. “My dad told me about this place called  Noxus.. He said the place was evil or something.. Like war with Demacia..”

Janna smiled at feeling her hair being moved around. “Don’t you mess up my hair now little one, or else!” She said teasingly.

But as soon as she said that her smile faded. Shen’s comment worried Janna, but she wouldn’t tell them where they were headed. Ignorance was bliss. She had no intentions of putting these two in danger, but Darius seemed like a good option at this point. Assuming Darius saw Janna as an ally and would help her out in this time of need.

Janna cleared her throat before answering either of them, clearly nervous as they neared the city. “Well like I have said before, don’t worry. If need be, I am a powerful sorceress and will do everything in my powers to protect you.”

As they neared, it seemed to grow darker and sullen. Janna gripped Ahri tighter that before and pulled Shen up into her arms. She quickened her pace, but felt like floating would be the more efficient option now and lifted herself into the air. The faster they got to Darius, the safer they would be.

“Ahri you be good up there!” She was referring to teasing Shen. They didn’t need any arguments or little fights to attract attention.

Her fox ears flattened against her head, hearing her brother speaking about Noxus. “Are you taking us there, Ms. Janna? Won’t they hurt us?”

Her tails wrapped around herself and Janna’s head as they were lifted into the air, patting the sides of her face as the fox-child buried her face in her hands. She wasn’t sure how she liked the sensation of being lifted and falling, as is customary whenever Janna would lift herself into the air - though she knew she had to deal with it.

Her fingers parted slightly, as she leaned over to the side to look at their surroundings as they passed them. It wasn’t the most pleasant sight for a youngling like herself, and she was quick to re-cover her tiny eyes.

“I-I’ll behave! Where are we even going?” Her voice was hushed, and wouldn’t be audible in the slightest if she wasn’t on top of Janna’s shoulders.

He kept his eye on Zephyr “I still can’t trust that bird..”  He said still holding Janna’s hand. “Hopefully somewhere better then here. It’s.. dangerous.”

Janna shook her head at the comment from Shen.”Little ninja, it’s okay I promise.”She sticks out her pinky,”Pinky promise?”

She readjusted Ahri on her shoulders to be more comfortable.”How are you holding up there, pup?”

Janna continued to walk, not knowing where she wanted to take these little ones. Oddly enough they were some where right outside of Noxus. How they ended up here was a mystery. But this gave her an idea. Why not visit Darius? He had taken care of his younger brother when they were little, right? Janna had no idea how to take care of children.

“Well I have idea on where to take you two. You have to both promise me to be good though. It is a scary place we will be entering, but once we are at our destination things will be wonderful. Just listen to me and do everything I say. Okay?”

She smiled down at Shen, as she listened to Janna talking to him and giggled as she offered him a pinky promise. She knew that Janna wouldn’t do anything wrong to the two of them; and especially if she pinky promises it.

The fox-child was glad to be readjusted, and showed it by clapping her tiny hands together. “I’m wonderful, thank you! Your shoulders are very comfortable, Ms. Janna.”

She remained silent as they walked, playing with Janna’s hair - smoothing it, and then tousling it, though trying her hardest not to mess it up so thoroughly that Janna would grow irked with her and lower her - that’s not something she would want to happen. She liked being up high, and out of reach of danger. Though, little to her knowledge, they were heading to one of the more dangerous places of Runeterra - Noxus.

She tilted her head, lowering her hands as she heard Janna give her warning. “You’ve promised to protect us, Ms. Janna, and I already have put my trust in you - I can behave just fine, but I do not know if my big brother will be able to!” She gives another laugh, snorting, before sticking her tongue out at Shen.

She giggled, as she looked down at Shen, playfully sticking her tongue out at him.

“This is fun! Thank you, Ms. Janna. You’re very nice.” She awkwardly wraps her arms around her forehead, in a kind of hug.

Though, she’s quick to be terrified of the bird, hearing it squawk. She ducks down, placing her hands on her head as she watched it closely.

“I.. uhh.. I don’t know.. Is your bird gonna hurt me?”

“Don’t worry, Sis.” He said with a tone of confident. “I got you if the bird tries to hurt you.” He looked up at Janna, holding her hand. “Umm.. I found my little sister crying here, so I decided to take her to town for we can..find you.”

Janna laughed feeling the arms clasped around her head, wondering if Ahri could even see behind all of her hair. She took her tiara off and placed on top of Ahri’s head. “Look, you’re a little princess!” She continued to walk with them and ignoring Zephyr.

“Don’t worry about the bird, he won’t harm you I promise.” She shoos away Zephyr again, still holding onto Ahri with the other hand.

“Well I am glad the wind blew me this way. I was really unsure why I was out here to begin with.”

The fox-child raises her hands to the tiara on her head, a smile coming across her face as she adjusted it slightly. “A little princess!”

“I’m putting all my trust in you, Ms. Janna - so if you promise me the bird doesn’t hurt me, I guess he won’t.”

“My big brother and I honestly have no idea what we’re doing or where we’re going.” Her shoulders lift in a shrug. “Where are you going to take us?”

The little ninja laughs as his ‘sister’ begins to go from a scared mood to wanting a piggy back ride in less than a minute. “T-Thank you for taking us in, Ms.Wind lady.”

Janna smiled and picked up Ahri and put her on her shoulders. “Now hold on tight little one!”She laughed andoffered her hand to little Shen for him to hold.

Zephyr squawked loudly not being able to sit on Janna’s shoulder but she quickly shushed him and they were on their way.

“So how did you two end up here?”

She giggled, as she looked down at Shen, playfully sticking her tongue out at him.

“This is fun! Thank you, Ms. Janna. You’re very nice.” She awkwardly wraps her arms around her forehead, in a kind of hug.

He slightly got choked out as Ahri wrapped her arms around his neck. “We’re just trying to find somewhere to stay- wind lady.” He hugged his little sister back. “Calm  down, li-little sis.”

Janna laughed at how shy Ahri was. Seemed to be quite the opposite of her adult form. They were both equally adorable.

“Both of you can stay with me if you would like. It sounded as if you were looking for me anyway!”

The fox-child gave a giggle, clapping her hands together. “That’d be nice, Ms. Janna!”

“Can you carry me on your shoulders, pleaseeee? I don’t like being so short!”

She inched to the front of Janna, reaching up to her with her tiny arms, jumping up and down. “Pleaseeee?”

It was a strange mood shift for the tiny thing, to one moment be nearly terrified of the wind-woman and now she wants something of a piggy back ride!

“It’s okay, si-sis!” He turned to Janna. “I’m Shen…” He pointed to Ahri. “This is my little sister..” He pointed back to Janna. “We’re trying to find you.. We ended up..Lost..”

Janna’s eyes widened in astonishment.”SHEN?”She put them down in fear of maybe throwing them from the shock.”Wait a minute… sister?”Janna looked at the little girl… Tails…”AHRI?”

She took a moment.. remembering that there seemed to be an epidemic of fellow champions being turned intochildren. From this point on she swore to herself that she would protect these little ones until the magic wore off.

“I will help you guys find where you are going.”

The fox-child was quick to run behind Shen, throwing her arms around his neck and holding on tightly to him. She found a kind of protection hiding behind her bigger brother.

“That’d be n.. nice, Ms. Janna. I’m so scared! I don’t like being so short!”

His eyes widened at Janna. “We-We..Can’t find our parents..” He turned his head back at kid Ahri. “It’s okay sis.. I’ll protect you..” He turned back at Janna. “Are you the.. wind lady?”

Janna smiled then gave a little giggle at the two cute children.”I heard you guys say you were looking for Janna? Am I correct? ..I am Janna yes the ‘wind lady’.”

She picked both of them up, one in each arm. “Who are you little ones? Are you lost?”

She gives another squeak, flailing about as Janna holds her. Her tails wrap around Janna’s arm, trying to stop her from falling.

It was clear she was afraid, and had no idea whether or not to trust the wind-woman, as she reached for Shen.
